My elderly parents required assistance understanding their travel plan, so I took them to the Delta Airlines Singapore Office.They were treated with warmth and respect by the staff, who were very patient. A condensed version of the flight plan was even printed up for them. It was the difference. Such sincere customer service is hard to come by these days.
