Main responsibility is to complete Team Lead Deliverables such as; but not limited to:
- Coaching
- Completing Audit per Associate
- Complete ADP/ LILO of every associate under my bucket
- Attend Process improvement call
- General completion of tasks and eLearn for all my associated including other team
- Approval for Service desk tickets
- Unlimited support not just for product but also for Clerical and administrative.
- Identify and diagnose issues and problems.
- Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.
- Support problem identification.
- Advise users on appropriate course of action.
- Monitor issues from start to resolution.
- Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support.
