I'm a IT Specialist with 17 years remote & onsite support experience. I have experience with both Windows & MacOS systems, networking & server management & troubleshooting in addition to years of customer service experience. I am hyper vigilant in my attempts to find the correct solution to solve an issue for a client, even if that solution is not the easiest or quickest fix. I have a lot of patience & strive to not only address the initial issue a client reports but will make recommendations based on our interaction & my observations to ensure a better experience for them going forward. I enjoy leveraging new technical tools to enable more efficient support of my clients but only when it maintains a high standard of integrity & security.

Worked as an onsite & remote support specialist for an MSP that supported a range of companies in a variety of industries with any technical needs that occurred. This included but was not limited to OS Support (Windows & MacOS), MobileOS (Tablet & Phone), Servers, Networking & other various hardware interfaces. This included regular onsites to address in-person issues, provide hardware support/troubleshooting, network support/troubleshooting & in some cases education of clients on best practices or new ways to interface with systems.
