Due to my experience, I know that sometimes we can face difficult scenarios where we cannot provide the solution that customers/users want, but by explaining and showing empathy we can provide an answer that, even if it is not what customers expected, makes a positive impact using the words correct and showing empathy.
I like the idea of working remotely with people from different countries and cultures, I find it interesting since we can always learn new things.
