Technical support to USA clients. My daily duties include Cloud
services, and the creation of the profile of new users through AD,
Azure AD, Exchange, AWS, and the M365 admin center,
delegating access to shared mailboxes, perform off-boardings
(deletion of users’ profiles). We use service tickets where we help
the clients to reset their passwords, unlock their accounts, install
new printers, give them access to shared drives, and calendars,
and clean the computers’ disk space (sometimes we use FreeSize
to verify which files are taking the most space). We monitor online
and offline devices, and backup jobs (VEEAM and cloud apps),
use some PowerShell commands and verify the IP address
connections with CMD.

All this works through ticket resolution.
