Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for updating job ads, sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, screening in coming resumes and application forms, interviewing candidates (via phone, video and in-person), conducting background checks and placing workers. 2. Review, disseminate, ensure full compliance of HR policy guidelines and country employee handbooks in tandem with local labor laws, client rules and regulations, values, ethics, procedures and strategies; effective implementation of the internal control framework and proper functioning of the HR policy framework. 3. Design and update job descriptions. 4. Manage scheduling interviews and communicate all interview logistics with candidates and interview teams. 5.
