I have worked in the social media space since my third year of secondary school where I successfully collaborated with large social media accounts in an array of topics such as sports,news,comedy and fan channels leading small project’s via different social media platforms such as Instagram TikTok and Twitter. Through this I was able to work with experienced teams and individuals gaining an understanding of teamwork leadership and communication. In addition to this I taught myself digital photography, videography photo/video editing and music production.
My first employment role was in the hospitality industry for an award winning restaurant/bar in Milton Keynes England, where at the age of eighteen i was quickly entrusted to lead front of house teams ,despite my coworkers having multiple years of
experience more than me,to deliver a premium service to consumers. During my time here I successfully earned plaudits for my dedication to customer service from the regular customers and senior leadership team as I was consistently able to break company targets for positive customer feedback as well as continuing to achieve above average results for upselling products
My most recent employment came in the rapidly growing Esports industry where I worked with a team to produce high quality competitive content to some of the worlds biggest online sports bet sites such as Bet 365 amongst others to be streamed globally and ensuring the products integrity. Amid my stint here I adapted to an ever changing and expanding twenty four hour environment, suggesting fresh ideas to support the company’s growth being a dependable asset as I typically averaged above company averages for monthly hours displaying a strong commitment to the team and ability to be flexible around the company’s needs.
As of current I am backpacking south east Asia and attempting to learn the Tagalog dialect in order to develop more personal life skills however discovering more experiences to carry with me into my professional career by seeing different cultures,environments and forcing myself to go outside of my comfort zone and push the boundaries.
