Over the span of five years I have had extensive professional experience in leading multilingual teams (English and Russian) as well as planning and managing charity and nonprofit events in different countries and in different languages. I have experience in working and leading people in both Russian and English during numerous events, camps, tours and missions which at times involved over a hundred people. One of my responsibilities included translating between both languages during such events. I am a highly motivated, professional, and conscientious team worker who understands the importance of doing work at a very high standard as well as encouraging the other members of my team to do so as well. I am dedicated to continuous development and learning regardless of the situation I am in. I always seek to grow and improve by trying new things and by learning from people who are wiser and smarter than I am.
