I've worked in some of the biggest grocery and retail chains in America such as Wal-Mart and Kroger. From grocery clerk to assistant management and pretty much every position in between, my main responsibility has been customer and employee well being and satisfaction.
The last few years my direction has changed, however the element of service is still highlighted. Working completely remotely for a brokerage company Gusto, I've developed skills using many online tools and new software. Digital communication has taken the forefront. With Adobe, Slack, Zoom, Excel, Google Suite and many more tools continuing to be developed.
My current role has me working a hybrid remote position as a project manager in a Retreat Center. My responsibilities include instructing meditation, inter-team collaboration, leadership of the team, creating content for social platforms, scheduling, one on one support through chat and video communication, plus new skills being developed every month.
