7 years and 3 months for a Non Voice Account, this is all Telco account handled, Comcast, Telstra, Lead Generation for Alsana a health care account. 3 years and 1 month for Voice Account, handled Verizon, T-mobile, Telstra and American Home Shield a retail account.
Four fruitful years with Afni, she learned that once you’ve set your purpose, you can turn it into reality. You have to make a difference that people can feel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Above average of maximum 30-40 calls per day
• Responsible to place multiple work order/ dispatch for all the covered and noncovered items based on the customer contract
• Part of the daily task is to call the assigned vendor for the work order of the customer
to do follow ups and ask for the diagnosis of the attending technician.
• Escalation to the specific department that is authorized to do the next step for the
customer’s work order
• Basic billing concern like payments, bill specifics and dispute.
