From retail to tech support, I’ve worn many hats in the workforce—but each role has helped shape who I am and who I’m becoming: someone deeply committed to supporting others through empathy, education, and psychological understanding. I am currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Psychology program.
I’ve always been drawn to spaces where listening, learning, and trust are essential. In my role as a Consult Agent at Geek Squad, I helped clients not only understand their devices but also overcome the frustration and self-doubt that technology can create. I quickly learned how different people absorb information and how to adapt my communication style to meet their needs. Whether I had 30 minutes or an hour, my job wasn’t just to troubleshoot—it was to build confidence.
Before that, I’ve held positions in healthcare data entry, management, education services, and customer-focused retail. Across each role, I've developed and fine-tuned the skills that are crucial in any human-centered field: organization, attentiveness, respectful dialogue, and an ability to handle sensitive information with care. I’ve also been commended for my ability to uplift coworkers, create calm in stressful situations, and bring emotional intelligence into every room I enter.
