Sustainability Challenge Project
This was not a paid project. The Sustainability Challenge dealt with the analysis of the status quo of sustainability measures at the Sociology Institute of the University of Vienna. I was responsible to carry out a curriculum mapping, in which the institute's curriculum was assessed according to the implementation of sustainability topics in its various courses. After determining the prevelance of sustainability-oriented topics in the curriculum my team and I presented the head of the institute with recommendations on how to increase the percentage in the coming years. These suggestions included: - lecturers assessing their course and trying to include topics from the 17 Sustainable Development Goals - creating a professorship for sustainability at the institute (if possible) - offering more thesis writing courses on sustainability-oriented topics to sensitize students to the topic - and to evaluate the progress on a semi-annual basis.

I held weekly tutoring sessionz with Business English students where we deepened the material presented in class by doing exercises pertaining to the topic at hand. Morever, I presented the studenta with tips on how to learn English more easily and how to prepare for the exams. Lastly, I was a contact person for the students in case of questions regarding the course, the exam and everything connected to the course Business English.

I participated in Deloitte's Tax Academy Program, where I not only took courses on the topic of taxes, tax returns and customer question, but also participated in the prepartion and creation of tax returns. Furthermore, I worked a lot with Excel and improved my skills in that field as well. Lastly, I prepared presentational content for my colleagues on the topic of taxes, tax law amendments and the impact of new reforms.
