About

My name is Julia :) I´m a portuguese recently graduated graphic designer, with a background in arts and a passion for illustration. During my degree I had the opportunity to acquire knowledge and develop my skills in several design fields, such as editorial design, graphic design, visual identity/branding, motion design, illustration and UI/UX. However, it was in editorial design and illustration that I was most fulfilled, due to my love for art and reading. I am very interested in creative processes, whether in design or artistic projects. Painting and drawing have been present all my life. My internship experience as a designer was also enriching for my professional development. In the studio I worked on several visual identity/branding and press kit design projects for a variety of clients, such as a Spoken words duo, a poet, among others. In the meanwhile I'm looking for more experience.
