Mr.Ayodele is currently a consultant to Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute,China in Nigeria . He is the Pioneer Registrar of Ajayi Polytechnic,Ikere Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. He holds a Professional Management Certificate from the Open University,London, Bachelor of Science Open degree from the Open University, London and Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti , Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management, UK, and a fellow of the Institute for Consulting and Management member of the Institute of Customer Service. He is a member of World Bank Knowledge for Development Group.

He has worked with several educational organisations and served as Consultant, Registrar, Director of Business, Senior Business Manager,, Educational Adviser ,Coach, Mentor and member of many Governing Council.
