Now that I am getting older, I feel as if I need to explore other options that is less intrusive to the body and start the journey in a career that will be long lasting and easier on the body and mind. Able to provide guidance and direction to any Shipfitter shop personnel You will provide instruction for nuclear or non-nuclear work of the Structural Group personnel in the skills of the trade You will prepare analysis of trade requirements through the use of audits, surveillance, and/or incident reports You will provide interpretations and problem resolution for shop employees You will assume the role of the Supervisor when they are not present You are responsible for making sure your personnel are paid, briefed on the job, address any and all safety concerns, coordinate with other shops when necessary to get the job completed Adhere to job deadlines and keep the project on schedule.
