I am a VMware Certified professional with extensive experience in System Administration and
Support of IT Infrastructure, which includes servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and security of
VMware, and Windows environments.
Currently, I am associated with Tech Mahindra (IMC Client) as Senior Product Engineer (VMware),
wherein I am responsible for the service and operations of VMware servers consisting of more than
ESX Hosts, including the creation of batch scripts for automation of critical tasks, identifying and
prioritizing incidents to ensure quick uptime of services, performance tuning of IT infrastructure,
etc. I have had significant exposure in Windows server administration, vSphere administration,
PowerShell automation and demonstrated strong analytical and decision-making in identifying and
resolving complex issues related to installation, configuration, performance tuning of VMware and
Windows servers, and troubleshooting patching issues on Windows Servers.
My educational qualification and accreditations include being a Master’s degree holder in Computer
Science from California, USA and Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Andhra Pradesh,
India
