• Accountable for day-to-day planning and scheduling of labour needs of client (Hershey Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.). • Monitored shift attendance and scheduled trainings for staffs to ensure optimal service levels are maintained consistently, whilst uplifting a culture of continuous improvement. • Reduced 40% of staff shortages by organizing ad-hoc hiring programs through open interviews and social media advertisements. We managed to identify ‘buffer’ staffs who were able to sustain the operations of our client on weekends, public holidays and festive holidays. • Created integrated database tracking tools to analyze the pattern of staffing shortage to optimize resource needs’ forecasts. This contributed to continuous improvement of duty roster planning which was strongly supported by data analysis. • Changed work schedules by switching shifts and reassigning staffs to different duties or production lines to achieve a high level of productivity without creating burnout.
