I have been working for the same company for over 12 years now. I have held the position of branch administrator for 300+ people. Helping our employees is what gives me joy. I spend my day with tasks that are designed to help employees and potential employees know what our company is all about. Going through new hire process, health benefits, etc. Getting good employees and keeping them is my goal.
