I am the Founder/President of 4T’s - Teaching Teens To Think, an youth development non-profit organization and have worked with inner-city youth ages 16 – 24 for over 20 years.
I was born and raised in the South Bronx and is proof that anyone can achieve success regardless of their background or environment. I am a graduate of Cardinal Hayes High School and has attended Alfred State College. While at Alfred I served as a member on the Student Senate and President of the Black Student Union prior to transferring to Borough Manhattan Community College to obtain my A.A.S degree in Business Management.
I have lead lucrative careers in the corporate industry for over 20 years in such firms as Woolworth Corporation and Bloomberg LP until I decided to resign to run 4T’s – Teaching Teens To Think. As President I'm responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization.
I also serve as a Adjunct Professor for Fordham University, an Advisory Board member of LIU (Long Island University) and Board of Director member of Black Wealth Collective, a new exclusive start up company focused on building wealth.
