I was the project coordinator of Keeping It Real Foundation on the Nigeria Delta Youth Development Pathways (NDYEP). We trained young people on Computer and Phone Hardware and Software Repairs and Maintenance, Basic Coding, Basic Business Skills and Soft Skills.
Responsibilities
I worked with the great team to ensure the success of the project.
I also conducted the selection/screening process of participants.
I was in charge of the Monitoring and Evaluation of the project.
I also doubled as the Accounting officer.
I was in charge of liaising with vendors and other stakeholders during the selection process.
Achievements
The project was a huge success.
We trained 53 persons (28 of this are persons with disabilities) on Phone and Computer Repairs and Maintenance, Digital Marketing, Soft Skills, Basic Entrepreneurship and Introduction to Coding.
We gave a good financial report which enabled us to get the first, second and third tranches of the payment.
