I have worked as a physical therapist for almost 30 years. The majority of that time has been in home health, where patient(customer) service is a top priority. My very first job was when I was in high school. It was at a brand new YMCA in the Atlanta area, where the motto for customer service followed that of Disney, which is that we were always "on stage" as front desk membership representatives. This taught me how to manage members questions, complaints and suggestions. My experience there has been valuable throughout my career. I would be an asset to your team as a customer representative or similar job because of the communication and problem solving skills that I have gained throughout my career as a PT. At this point in my life, I am looking to explore different jobs where I can apply these skills, while continuing to help others.
