During my time at ESB I was promoted to functional lead for the SAP eBilling Support team & SAP FICA Support team. My main focus was software development projects & ongoing support for: ● SAP ERP & CRM backend of the customer eBilling website ● SAP FICA module which handles the financial contract accounting of ESBs 1 million+ customers.
