Kgomotso Peter Tudi is a Public Transport Planner with a degree in BCom Transport Economics and further studying towards my postgraduate degree in BCom Transport Economics known for his success in the development of liaison between the authorities and the taxi industry. I have an effective way of working with the industry at all levels, particularly at grassroots level. I understand taxi operations at all levels. I am involved in the improvement of the accuracy of taxi related modelling, for example in conjunction with specialized computer specialized packages used for modelling purposes. The results and applications of the ITP process could be a great value and would probably outperform any other similar combination.
Other fields of my experience include the development of passenger transport plans and strategies, determine the need for infrastructure, conceptual planning and the design of public transport facilities.
My main activities responsible for in the planning projects are:
• Transport Planning as part of the development of Integrated Transport Plans and Public Transport Plans for different Metropolitan and District Municipalities
• Facilitation of the process to obtain maximal participation by the different role players in the ITP and PTP development process
• Development of the Operating Licenses Strategy
• Act as Industry Technical Advisor for different IRPTN projects
