I started working full-time in a company called SHOPLINE (M) SDN BHD when I was still studying for my bachelor's. In the first month, I achieve 400% of my sales target as a junior Business Development Associate. By then I have consistently achieved or exceeded my sales target set by the company and remained in at least the top 5 with the highest sales in the company. After a year, I decided to take a step further, I join in a startup company called TREEHUB SDN BHD founded by a close friend of mine, and lead the operation team of the company. I then send a resignation letter to my previous employer with 1 month's notice. During my employment at TREEHUB SDN BHD, I manage a team with 7 employees running the operations of the company by solving problems with creative solutions and ideas. While handling the operation team, I also did Business Development where I close a deal with potential clients by solving the client's problems instead of features selling. After a year, I resign from the position as the company will be sold off and I can focus my final year on my studies.
I am able to work independently as I used to be in a business development position. I am also able to communicate well with others as I used to manage an operation team for a startup company management and have sales experience, I am confident that I will be the best fit for this posotion.
