Hello, I am khaoula SEBKY. A state engineer in Networks and telecommunications. I have 5 years of experience in the field of IT, 3 of them specializing in VOIP and SIP / H323 telephony. For the last 2 years, I have managed infrastructure programs/projects leading their execution from A to Z. My tasks as program manager consist of leading workshops of brainstrorming to define the scope of work after receiving the need, coordinate and synchronize with the different stakeholders to elaborate a planning with a detailed schedule, study and identify any risks we face or might face, prepare their plans of mitigation, followup the whole execution of tasks depending on the type of project : Agile or Predicive, and redact all project documents that will serve to its historization, presentation to the customer and internal teams, and valuation. I am PMP certified with an "Above target" score close to a complete mark. PMP techniques are very present in my way of managing my projects as well as my professional integrity and mentality. My number one goal of having a job is to learn from it. No matter what the field is, I wish to discover it and learn new things from it. This is why i chose project management as my constant field of expertise : Versatility.
