While migrating client web content from one Content Management Service (CMS) to another, I worked alongside Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and client Content Authors to ensure the content is displayed in a dynamic way, that is functional, accurate, innovative, and user-friendly within the new CMS. I assisted in the QA testing process across multiple projects, solidifying a proficiency in Jira and Zephyr as well. I worked on the American Water project as well as Mizuho Financial Group.
