I am a self-driven individual; I am motivated to do or achieve something based on my enthusiasm or interest. I am goal oriented; I perform at my outmost best whenever I have my goals written down and established. I am very helpful, organized and determined.
My work interests are helping others and rendering assistance and guidance. Training others to help them reach the highest level of productivity to help elevate them towards a successful goal. Being a leader helping to educate and influence each individual for the betterment of themselves and the company.
My strong side are that I am very determined so whatever I have set out to accomplish I am not stopping until I reach that goal. I take on different perspectives in situations to get a better understanding to arrive at solid and fair solutions.
