There are various strengths that I have that would be beneficial to an organization. I am determined, open mind and a team player. Whatever task it set before me I cannot stop until it is finished. I am open minded meaning I am willing and capable of learning new things and adjusting. I am a team player because I know how to value the ideas and opinions of others. I am fully aware that conflicts may arise occasionally and I know how to resolve those conflicts. Conflicts can be resolved through comprising, collaborating or through simple communication.
I pursued my Bachelor’s e degree in social work at the Montego Bay Community College. There are various projects that I have been apart of. Mostly projects that are geared towards helping individuals due to my area of study. These projects included food drives, advocating for children and clean up projects. These projects have been rewarding not only to those whom I have helped but also beneficial to me. I received the opportunity to grow and learn more about myself during the process.
