About
I have always had a great fascination regarding videogames, to me, they were a medium through which people could live and share experiences with each other. Personally I enjoy playing single-player games to try and understand the experience and emotions that the game designers intended for me to feel. Over the last year I have examined games and technology from a different point of view, that of Customer Support Specialization, this opportunity has given me valuable insight and appreciation to how exhilarating it can be to help an individual solve any issues they may be experiencing with the product and to see or hear them feeling satisfied by my efforts. As a person, I am a hard-working individual who is very friendly and enjoys helping out his colleagues without ever allowing that to impact my productivity in any way, I also enjoy actively participating in the project that I work for, continuously striving to improve it and the customer satisfaction aspect in any way that I can.

Gaming Support Agent
At 5CA I was hired to work for a WB Games project related to the Game of Thrones IP. The responsibilities included responding to support tickets and helping players resolve in-game issues while maintaining and providing a top-quality customer support experience. After 2 months I was moved to the VIP queue where we promptly replied to our most valued players making sure that they received handcrafted and personalized messages at every response and ensuring that their issues are resolved as fast as possible. Furthermore, we were collecting and sharing valuable feedback and game-related bugs and issues data for WB Games to aid them with the further improvement of the game. On February 2020, I was chosen among 10 of my peers for our outstanding quality in the previous project to pilot a new project offered by Playdemic in order to provide a top-quality customer support experience and to ensure that the project would get a permanent position within 5CA, it was a brilliant success that immediately called for 20+ new agents to be hired once the project was established and stable.

Additionally, I also helped out with another mobile game owned by the company ( Goal One) by improving the formulas within the game (formulas such as Player salary formula, Stadium income formula etc.)
