I am working with a team in Vision Ventures (Pvt) Ltd providing cooperate management services & Pussawela & Company ( Chartered Accountant) highly professional qualified, committed and energetic team with the spirit of industries. I trust my team is guiding businesses to grow them in dynamic and challenging environment. We are Providing Management consultancy especially in financial management and operational Management. Help to Medium Scale and Small Scale Enterprises (SME) and foreign investors for utilize their resources effectively specially setup, evaluate and monitoring the KPI. As we all know the Medium Scale and Small Scale Enterprises are the backbone of the economy in developing country. Especially SME require a spirit of overall managerial tips (Finance, Operational, Internal Control, Tax planning etc.) for their business since they difficult to hire expensive professionals and industry expert. Furthermore, we are trying to build / arrange sustainable organizational structure which is suitable for accomplish the organizational gales. We are ensuring to prepare and adopt SLFRS and IFRS. Advice for Companies Tax planning and TAX Compliance including VAT compliance. We are contributing several project in the aspect of Project Management.
