Production Supervisor - Industrial Engineer
· Coordinates with other departments for improvement of product quality and reliability, new procedures and manufacturing system.
· Assures that quality, cost, delivery and production targets are met through proper machine and manpower utilization (production scheduling and maintenance).
· Creating programs to promote continual improvement of the quality system and Total Production System.
· Workflow assessments from Tooling, Preparation, Assembly, Set-up and Maru-M of Mold.
· Study and develop on how to reduce downtime related to Mold and Change-over while increasing the utilization rate.
· Monitor the output/ throughput analysis of every process and calculate labor requirement by conducting cycle time.
· Utilization Rate / OEE daily reports and improvements to top management
· Assess the work flow of the section and spearhead in implementation of KANBAN Flow.
