I am Senior Electrical Engineer with an experience in the tendering, estimation, procurement and technical support of electrical materials at construction projects, on the other hand I have experience at design, planning, shop drawings, technical calculations, execution and supervision at the construction projects, I've been part of the team work on several projects in differences fields like underground metro lines, pipelines, commercial buildings, tourist resorts, government buildings, universities buildings and high-rise. My aim is to expand my knowledge and experience by contributing to the growth and prosperity of my team and meeting the corporation's goals.

- Research market periodically to determine material cost levels and availability of suitable suppliers. - Prepare inquiry (RFQ / Tender Bulletin documents for long lead items) to the Suppliers / Subcontractors included all the necessary documents details/material specifications, employer requirements, drawings & BOQ. - Follow ups the Suppliers / Subcontractors to get quotation at time and reply all the technical clarification requested from Suppliers / Subcontractors side. - Arrange meeting with Suppliers / Subcontractors to discuss the commercial and technical offers. - Bargaining / Negotiate with the Suppliers / Subcontractors to get quotation with the lowest price, delivery time and best commercial/ payment terms, in line with project budget, project planning schedule and comply with technical specification / requirements. - Carries out Bid Analysis and prepares technical and commercial comparison sheet for management approval. - Coordination between sites and Suppliers / Subcontractors where necessary related to the subject inquiries. - Prepare the Material Submittal and arrange all the required documents. - Follow up with the Suppliers / Subcontractors to close the comments for technical team, design verification engineer (DVE) & project management consultant (PMC). - Issue the Purchase order / Supply agreement / Sub Contract agreement based on the approved material submittal and final quantities required by site. - Follow up with the materials expediter to make sure the materials will be delivered to site on time and asper the project plan. - Handle Delivery and inspection of items. Assist in Insurance claims, if any. - Storage and handling on site, prior to use, during installation and commissioning and closure of any surplus/defective materials after the completion of the project. - Client acceptance/rejection, warranties and other related follow up matters with the Suppliers /Subcontractors till completion of Project.
