About

Lama Olabi, a translator, and interpreter specialized in general, journalistic, political, and feminist translation. Lama received her translation training from Jordan in 2015 and proceeded to cultivate her interpretation and translation experience in Canada working with immigrants and refugees to Canada. Lama graduated from Simon Fraser University with a master's degree in Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies in 2018. Through which she discovered the uncharted world of feminist translation that she continues to explore to this date.
