Hi, I’m Lea Angeli Fernando. I’m a virtual assistant with a strong background in real estate support, admin work, and customer service. Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to work with a variety of clients—mainly in real estate, escrow, and admin roles—helping them stay organized, manage communications, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
I have experience with CRMs such as kvCORE, HubSpot, and LionDesk, designed and implemented email outreach sequences, and performed tasks such as database updates, calendar management, and inbox support. I also use tools such as Canva for content creation, and I have had some experience using SkySlope to upload and organize transaction files.
Prior to remote work, I had experience in retail and HR, which really was beneficial for developing my communication skills, keeping me composed when dealing with pressure, and learning how to get along with all types of people. I would say that I'm a resourceful person, detail-focused, and able to learn things quickly. I might not always know something immediately, but I'm always willing to learn, and I'm not afraid to do something new.
