I have over 6 years of experience working both face to face and virtually with customers assisting with everything from sales to customer service and everything in-between. I am dedicated to my work and fully commit to any task I take on giving it 110% effort. I easily adapt to new environments and work situations and work great within teams as well as alone without supervision. I am a fast learner, so any new platforms or software that is required for the job won't be a challenge for me as I will know my way around it in no time. I am definitely a people's person and have gained the skills required in customer service to show empathy and understanding and how to calm down and control a situation that is out of your control always resulting in a happy customer even when they are facing an issue.
