I am excited to apply for the Sales Manager position at AdStart Media. With my experience in sales and business development in the same industry, I believe that I am a great fit for this role. Moreover, my understanding of Affiliate/Performance Marketing and CRM systems, as well as my strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills make me a valuable addition to your team.
As a Sales Manager, I would be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and securing profitable work for the company. I am confident in my ability to work closely with the Head of Operations to set up quarterly and yearly targets for the Advertising team, acquire and manage top advertisers, and negotiate changes to terms and conditions of contracts.
Furthermore, I am committed to becoming a training, information, and advice resource for junior level staff, and working with the Affiliate Team to identify opportunities for growth, unlocking new revenue streams. I am also experienced in creating campaign reports, performance analysis, and forecasts on a regular basis, and managing and increasing sales margin for the company.
