My studies in the field of psychology have provided me with a unique understanding of human behavior, allowing me to better asses how to best approach interactions with clients and coworkers. For instance, during my time interviewing and working with individuals with disabilities, I had to approach the topic of having a disability in a slightly different manner each time, as a person's personality, upbringing, and social standing may affect the feelings they hold toward reminiscing about how their disability affects their day-to-day.
I am fascinated by human behavior; I enjoy analyzing interactions, be it in person or writing, which has made me keenly aware of the language people utilize in formal settings, online, and at work.
Growing up bilingual, I've needed to double-check everything I write to ensure it reads as though a native speaker wrote it; thus, hunting for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors has become second nature for me.

Led team in presenting findings in a condensed presentation to the board of directors.
