RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION Source applicants via job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates. Conduct interviews to assess skills, qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Validate credentials for promotions and school deployment. Issue appointment orders to qualified personnel. PERSONNEL RECORDS Maintain and update school personnel records. Monitor attendance and report issues to the school head. Process leave applications and update leave credits. Ensure confidentiality of personnel information. Coordinate with agencies on policy implementation. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Compute and submit personnel benefits to SDO for processing. Prepare and submit step increment notices for verification. Process and endorse retirement/separation benefits to SDO. OTHER HR-RELATED FUNCTIONS Propose innovative HR strategies to the school head/HRMO. Evaluate performance management, rewards, and learning development initiatives. Prepare and submit HR reports. Coordinate with HRMO on policy implementation. Facilitate permits and requests for school personnel. GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT Assist in preparing School Form 7 and support SIP/AIP planning. Provide administrative support, including reproducing materials, encoding reports, and preparing documents. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
