I am a Customer Service Representative and Virtual Assistant with five years of experience supporting customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints for businesses remotely.
I have an associate degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I also had the opportunity to obtain a Certificate in Customer Service.
My work experiences have shaped my life into who I am today. My past work experiences have taught me essential skills, that I can use for many years. I have acquired and developed certain skills during my careers, such as proficiency in typing, knowledge of basic software, accuracy and attention to detail, teamwork, and time management. I love providing excellent customer service, and I always strive to work efficiently and effectively.
I love going to the beach and I have been on a discovery to visit as many beaches in Jamaica as I can. I also love reading, and I am passionate about helping others. I have always loved helping since I was younger and eventually discovered my proficiency in speaking and writing. Hence, I know the customer service field was a good fit for me, and doing what can to help business owners have one less thing on their plate to worry about has always been an important aspect of why I plan to remain and grow in the field.
