During my time as Head Barista, I would utilize my vast experience and coffee knowledge to produce quality products and high standards of service. Furthermore, I would manage daily operations including staff management and training, customer experience and up keeping of inventory and stock. In addition to maintaining a consistently high quality product and experience for loyal and returning clientele, I would also generate revenue through specially considered and expanded experiences, to attract new customers to the store.
