• Making several performance reports from SAP for multiple departments, considering financial data and product availability, is a component of my job. I make sure that my reports are clear and that they can be easily understood by my peers. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have a working knowledge of other office equipment. • Prepare a weekly report from SAP that lists all expired materials across all our warehouses. This assists to buyers in determining which materials are suitable for use and which should be discarded. If they decide to discard a material, it is my responsibility to initiate Workflow procedures to notify the supply chain managers and supervisors of the decision, after that warehouse employees dispose of it. I keep track of all materials discarded to ensure compliance with policies. • Windchill PLM to develop product deviations to use leftover materials to save money, complete large orders with scarce components, and reduce wastage of outdated materials. I also use it to collaborate with colleagues and develop product deviations in real time.
