I am a highly motivated HR professional, with Post-graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management (University of Surrey, 2008) and in Business Administration (Rosario University, 2002), and a BA degree in Law (Sabana University, 1998). I have over fifteen years’ experience in the HR field in national and international industries, executing plans and managing HR strategies with multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams. At the beginning of my career, I had the opportunity of overseeing labour relations departments, where I not only managed employment law issues, but I also worked closely with other HR areas thought different projects, which provided me with an overview of the whole HR process and its connection with the business plans of the companies I have worked for. In the most recent professional experiences, I have had the opportunity to work as an HR Generalist, which has allowed me to gain experience in the analysis and development of the organizational structure, management of compensation and benefits, and the labour relations in various Latin American countries. In Addition, I have been responsible for the preparation and management of budget and expenses control. I have implemented and executed Health and Safety strategies. I have also worked in the creation of HR Policies and Processes, and in the management and implementation of technological platforms. I have overseen the assurance and development of continuous improvement cycles, development, and monitoring of KPIS. Moreover, I have looked after the design and monitoring the Selection, Development and Talent processes and I have participated in projects that involved the improvement of organizational culture and climate. I have led the Human Resources area with planning, analytical and strategic thinking, assertive communication, influence, resource optimization and innovation, negotiation skills, problem solving, flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork.
