I was working on events, maintaining media relations, doing a press releases and making product update through social media. I have developed impeccable sales executive role also to process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone and prepare and review written documents accurately and completely. To maintain relationship with the guests, i determine and give complimentary service to guests as gifts for their patronage. I roled as General Manager Secretary part-time when General Manager give assistance review from each department before program motion approvals. My experience at D'monaco Restaurant has helped me improve my leadership skills, allowed me to gain organisational skills and provided me with extensive knowledge of how to manage internal and external image and products to clients.
