I had to notify the clients of the debts and coordinate payments dates. Also, I prepared and analyzed the contracts in order to adjust the payment proposal and the clauses. I used to work for the sales department of an outsourcing company, when a sale was made, I had to collect all the client’s information and documentation and upload them to the system in order to create the contract. After that, I activated the product of the outsourced company and delivered the service to the client. Also I was the person designated to manage the users accounts of the different tools of the company. I had to pull usernames and passwords up, so they could access the systems. Also, I created schedules and prepare the delivery of the product to the different regions in the country. I modelated reports and dashboard with the results.
