I had to notify the clients of the debts and coordinate payments dates. Also, I prepared and analyzed the contracts in order to adjust the payment proposal and the clauses. I created dashboards and charts with the metrics of the clients’ debts and interest rate. Also, I used to map the route of the courier, calculate the projections from the money expected, and classified the folders with the files from the customers that required judicial procedures to recover the money lent.

I used to work for the sales department of an outsourcing company, when a sale was made, I had to collect all the client’s information and documentation and upload them to the system in order to create the contract. After that, I activated the product of the outsourced company and delivered the service to the client. Also I was the person designated to manage the users accounts of the different tools of the company. I had to pull usernames and passwords up, so they could access the systems. Also, I created schedules and prepare the delivery of the product to the different regions in the country. I modelated reports and dashboard with the results.
