-To commission & optimize new Point-to-point RF links (Ubiquiti & Infinet Radios).
-Troubleshoot RF / Fiber / LTE / Satellite links connectivity issues
- Installation of Cisco and Mikrotik routers on different sites.
- To configure PPTP, GRE Tunnel, Static routing, NAT, ACL, etc. on Cisco devices.
- Handling tickets and Customers dealing to resolve technical issues.
- Provide Level-1/2 support , troubleshooting to resolve network related issues
-Managing and maintaining computer networks, including troubleshooting problems
-Providing technical support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software applications
-Maintenance and configuration of servers and storage network
-Maintenance and configuration of computers and devices for use in training rooms
-Maintenance, configuration, and distribution of laptops for staff use
-Maintenance and configuration of network printers and devices
-Maintenance and configuration of network devices including access points, wireless controller, and firewall
-Maintenance and configuration of projectors, teleconferencing, and audio-video equipment
-Updating and managing the phone system
-Creating an IT replacement schedule to ensure all IT equipment is in good working condition
- Monitoring of VSAT Network.
- Monitoring and installation of PRTG, NMS (OP Manager) .
- Monitoring and installation of Syslog Server.
-Network connectivity troubleshooting, Level1 and Level2
-Maintain and monitor data Center equipment.
