To develops policy and direct coordinates human resource activities, such as employment, compensation, benefits, training and employee services with follow the management direction and conseling.to supervises clerical assistant and temporary staffing as needed. a) OPERATIONAL: • Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. • Writes directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits. • Develops and maintains human resource system that meets top management information needs. • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the orginization. • Recruits, interviews, test, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. b) FINANCIAL: • Prepares budget of human resource operations. c) ADMINISTRATIVE: • Plans and condusts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals. • Preparesreports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. • Prepares employee separation notice and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reason behind separation. • Administers various programs sach as pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. d) STRATEGIC: • Responds to inquires regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
