In this position, my main responsibility was to register all incoming client medical/registration documents from 3 specific clinics. I had to verify all information was correctly sent over and no information was missing. Once that was completed I was able to either register them as new client, or renew the clients prescription with their new and updated medical document. If any information was missing, I would either call the patient to retrieve their missing information, or if it was medical related, I would call or fax the clinic and have them resend the document with the updated information.
