Molecular Pathology laboratory, Department of pathology Founder of laboratory of Molecular Pathology  Perform test procedures in the diagnostic molecular pathology laboratory and conveys the results to the physician.  Selects techniques, resolves problems with standard protocols.  Makes observations, documents experimental data, and generates related reports on results.  Manage Molecular Pathology lab according to equipment and facilities needed.  Design molecular pathology unit according to areas separation, lab maintenance and supply needed, especially to start implementing Microarray analysis and NGS.  Design format of molecular pathology reports and define its content according to CAP requirements.  Contribute in research projects within department of pathology and in collaboration projects with department of research and department of clinical pathology.
