Nacirema Creatives is an in-house Marketing company that provides comprehensive strategic and creative communication solutions to its partner brands in the US, UK & Pakistan in Vapes, CBD, and Real Estate categories.
It was a contractual role to start departments from scratch and streamline the hiring process. In my brief role I hired mid-senior level positions in Creative, Social, Marketing, Operations & Tech departments in Karachi, Islamabad, and UK region.
Besides Recruitment, I was also responsible for preparing & implementing various HR policies, Compensation & benefit, payroll & HR operations roles.
