They produce all sort of glass products including tabletops, shower enclosures, custom and readymade products and deliver to 50 states in USA. The Customer Service department is responsible for freight dealing and follow up on orders to get it deliver within time. Responsibilities: • Managing a team of customer service and Sales specialists. At max I managed a team of 25 members including both Sales and Customer Service. • Recruiting and training new employees for Sales and Customer Service. • Took care of Sales Over flow Queues and produces good number of sales and revenue. • Handle escalations by team and resolving them via phone, email, and chat. • Handling all Marketplaces, Including Houzz, Wayfair, Home Depot, Amazon Seller and FBA, eBay, Walmart, Lowes and Hayneedle. • Ensuring the CSAT is always high and top-notch customer service is being provide • Managing the eBay and Amazon ODR. • Quality Assurance and Performance Management • Head of QA department created all the procedure, guidelines and trained a Tier2 to take over this responsibility. Keeping a tight check on his performer and ensuring QA will product results and we keep on improving. • Oversee all operations and day to day activities. • Leading a team of Custom Shower Door Support, ensuring all the cases are handled properly while keeping the Company's policy. • Leading a team of Website Support, Managing the team including tickets, calls, and emails. • Keeping a contact with Freights Manager/Sales Rep for Fab Glass and Mirror, Including Estes, FedEx Freight, Pilot, ABF and FedEx Ground. escalate issues and deal with them on Billing discrepancies. • Getting in touch with fabricators on daily basis and deal with different issues including Manufacturing defect, wrong items and remake requests. • Responsible for Yotpo and google reviews,
